W.A. is the Chief Executive Officer of We Care Senior Care. In this position he is responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and creating an environment to sustain the successful growth of the company. He has built We Care Senior Care into one of the leading home care companies nationwide.
W.A. received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (specializing in management) from Columbia College and received a Master of Organizational Leadership degree from Olivet Nazarene University.

Jessica, COO
Jessica started with We Care Senior Care in 2009 after spending nearly a decade in the healthcare and private duty field making a difference for families in need of someone who is understanding, caring, and who will always be there.
She believes that families should receive this level of love and care, and co-founded We Care to be a solution for all families and their loved ones. “We are different from other agencies” commented Jessica, “it is because of our approach to caring for families.” She graduated from Americare Technical School with a Licensed Practical Nurse certificate.

Corazon, President
Corazon started caring for seniors at a skilled nursing facility at the age of sixteen as a volunteer Nutritional Aide. She pursued her career in geriatric care and later worked as an Activity Assistant and Psycho-Social Technician in several skilled nursing facilities in Illinois. She also worked for the State of Illinois caring for young adults and seniors who are developmentally and physically challenged.
Corazon received her degree in Business Administration at Arizona Institute of Business and Technology in 2001. She continued her studies in Healthcare Management at Ottawa University while working as a Behavioral Health Clinician. She also worked as a Caregiver as well as a Quality Care Coordinator for two other senior care organizations.
Corazon brings to We Care over 15 years hands-on experience working with seniors and people with disabilities, her love and compassion, and kind heartedness for helping others.
